Read the steps and voiceover
- Start with one medicine
Start your personal Dose Canvas chart with one medicine. At dosecanvas dot com, choose Create my chart.
- Choose the right person
Sign in with your own account, then enter the name of the person this chart belongs to.
- Confirm permission
Read the permission confirmations carefully. If you are helping someone else, make sure you have their permission.
- Your chart is ready
Complete the setup and check the name at the top. Choose Add medication to begin your first entry.
