The chart owner’s plan covers their patient and invited family recipients, and each person can opt out. Verified email reminders are active for eligible plans. Veterans receive a separate 12-month complimentary Family Plus benefit with no payment method or automatic renewal. After either offer, a user must separately approve a recurring PayPal subscription to keep Family Plus; otherwise the account returns to Essentials. Care Partner requires a signed pilot agreement before payment or patient use.
