Create your personal chart

Start your personal Dose Canvas chart with one medicine. At dosecanvas dot com, choose Create my chart. Sign in with your own account, then enter the name of the person this chart belongs to. Read the permission confirmations carefully. If you are helping someone else, make sure you have their permission. Complete the setup and check the name at the top. Choose Add medication to begin your first entry.
