Try a clearer routine, together.
Setting up an organization? Use the Care Partner setup & usage guide and fictional organization example.
Suggested pilot: five to ten patient–caregiver pairs over ten to fourteen days. Start with the fictional example, then use a real chart only with the patient’s permission. Keep your usual medication routine and care-team instructions.
Day 1 · Set up and check
- Create a chart and review one medication against its current label.
- Add the remaining medicines and supplements. Confirm the list with the patient and care team as needed.
- Invite a caregiver using their separate account. Test view access, edit access, and removal.
- Print the chart and check that names, instructions, and page breaks are readable.
- If the chart has an active paid plan, choose a reminder time. Opt in separately on each device and confirm its time zone.
Days 2–7 · Use your own devices
- Check iPhone and Android behavior with the browser closed, screen locked, and notifications enabled.
- Try large text, 200% zoom, keyboard navigation, and the device’s screen reader.
- Observe a reminder, then opt out and confirm future alerts stop. Remove imported calendars to stop cached events.
- Change a medication instruction and confirm its reminders pause for review.
- Record what needed help; do not include patient details in feedback.
Reminder checks require an active Family Plus or Care Partner plan; Essentials has no alerts. Email and text checks also require those channels to show Available. A provider delivery confirmation does not prove the alert was seen.
Days 8–14 · Review readiness
- Aim for at least eight of ten participants to create and print a reviewed chart without assistance.
- Confirm all observed access-removal and reminder opt-out checks pass.
- Record device, task, ease, and any issue through Give feedback.
- Ask whether both people would continue using the chart and what remains confusing.
These are proposed acceptance checks, not completed test results or clinical evidence. Paid launch follows a review of the observed results, delivery monitoring, recovery, and support readiness.
